TC Charter

The mission of this committee is to advance the state of the art in communications software and its various aspects and applications. It serves as the major forum for discussion among communications software professionals in both of the communications and computer industries.

Basic overview

The interests of the Technical Committee span all areas of communications software and serve as the major forum for discussion among Software Communications. - The areas of interest to the Technical Committee include the analytical, theoretical, simulation, experimental and practical aspects of software communications. - The Committee organizes events in the Software Communication area, sponsors conferences, contributes to the organization of technical events along ComSoc flagship conferences - He also sponsors journals dedicated to area of communications software and systems, and promotes the realization of special issues on leading journals and magazines. - Acts as a vehicle for elevating the state-of-the-art in the areas of Communications and Computers Bring together professionals from the areas of Communications and Computers.
